Indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach with lake access, dog beach
Upon presentation of their guest card, our guests may use the leisure facilities at our sister hotel, the Bellevue (200 m away), free of charge.

Indoor pool open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Outdoor pool open in summer from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. | from September: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Stand-up paddleboarding
Lake Walchsee is privately owned, so using the lake with a SUP board usually incurs a fee. However, our guests may use their SUP boards on the water free of charge, starting from the Bellevue Hotel beach.

Fitness room
You will find the newly designed fitness room, featuring a panoramic view, on the ground floor next to the reception area.

The wellness area—featuring a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation room—is located on the third floor. Your room key card grants access.

The wellness area is open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM upon request. Please let us know at least one hour in advance if you would like us to switch on the sauna, steam bath, or infrared cabin for you.

Bathrobes
are available at reception; towels are provided in the wellness area for your use.

Massages
Please inquire at reception regarding available appointments and prices.
Please book your massage appointments no later than 6:00 PM the evening before.

Books and Newspapers
In the hotel lobby, you will find a selection of books across various genres and a small collection of games inside the rustic wooden cabinet.

Daily newspapers are available in the breakfast room in the morning and at reception thereafter.

In addition to our own wellness area, guests may also use the pool and spa facilities at our sister hotel, the Bellevue (approx. 200 m away), free of charge.

The reception is staffed daily from 8:00 a.m.

Room Cleaning
You can easily communicate with our housekeeping team using the various door hangers.
The green wooden hanger indicates that cleaning of your room can begin immediately.

The red side of the wooden hanger means "Please do not disturb for the moment"—for example, if your dog is in the room while you are at breakfast. Please note that our housekeeping staff is on duty daily until 3:00 p.m.; rooms cannot be cleaned after this time. However, you can still obtain toilet paper and fresh towels at the reception.

The light green paper "Green Choice" hanger indicates that you do not wish to have your room cleaned on that day.

We ask that you do not dispose of cosmetic wipes, wet wipes, or feminine hygiene products in the toilet, as these immediately clog the pipes. If you need extra plastic bags, they are available at the reception.

Night Entrance
Our entrance is locked in the evening!
If you return after this time, please be sure to carry your key card with you!
The door opener is located to the right of the entrance.

Smoking
Our rooms are non-smoking. We therefore ask that you smoke only on the balcony or terrace. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee of €50.00. Please close the balcony door and windows to keep the smell of smoke out.

Available for guests at reception (limited supply). We are environmentally conscious here, too, using an energy-saving Peltier cooling system (ammonia-free).

We would be happy to wash and iron your clothes. Simply bring your laundry to reception. We charge €15 per load and €5 per item for ironing.
